Product prices do not include shipping, taxes or duties. All products are shipped with a tracking number via DHL Express. Please be aware that shipping rates and duties will vary around the world. Shipping outside of the European Union may incur taxes or duties.

Orders are shipped from Monaco within 3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Our shipping service does not deliver on bank holidays.

For any returns, cancellations, refunds or exchanges, please contact info@monemontecarlo.com.

Items are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned unworn, as new with all original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping or duties costs associated with returns. Upon reception, inspection and approval of the returned item, the refund will be processed.

Items are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, as new with all original tags and packaging. We are not responsible for any shipping or duties costs associated with the return of the item. Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, the exchange will be processed and your new item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
